The rules for using Cartelera to publish local event pages, reserve tickets, receive ticket emails, and manage event entry.

Cartelera helps local Puerto Rico organizers publish event pages, accept ticket reservations, and deliver tickets by email. You agree to use Cartelera only for lawful events, accurate event listings, and legitimate ticket reservations.
You are responsible for the information you submit, including your name, email address, phone number, and any organizer event details. Do not submit someone else's information without permission.
Cartelera uses Google OAuth through Supabase Auth so buyers and organizers can sign in without a password managed by Cartelera. Google and Supabase may process authentication data under their own terms and policies.
If Google does not provide a valid email address or display name, Cartelera may not be able to create a ticket reservation or organizer session.
A Cartelera ticket confirms the reservation details shown on the ticket page and in the ticket email. Event organizers remain responsible for venue access, event operations, schedules, refund decisions, and door policies.
Ticket QR codes and ticket links are intended for the named buyer and should not be posted publicly. Sharing a ticket may allow someone else to use it before you arrive.
Cartelera currently supports free ticket reservation workflows. Paid checkout and Stripe payment processing are future scope, so the MVP does not collect card details or process payment charges.
Cartelera uses Resend to send ticket emails. Email delivery can be delayed by mailbox providers, incorrect addresses, or service outages, so buyers should keep their ticket link available after checkout.
Organizers must publish truthful event information, honor valid tickets according to their event policy, and avoid collecting unnecessary attendee information through event descriptions or external forms.
Cartelera may remove or restrict event pages that appear fraudulent, unsafe, unlawful, or inconsistent with the local event ticketing purpose of the service.
Cartelera may update, pause, or limit parts of the service to protect buyers, organizers, the platform, or event operations. We are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate event information, organizer actions, venue issues, or third-party service interruptions.
